    Program Overview –
    September 12th at 7pm

    Program Includes:

    • BMR Test to tell you the number of calories your body needs

    • Individual Nutritional Consultation with our Registered Dietician

    • Meal planning and 2 group follow up appointments with RD

    •Four Group Training Sessions (TRX, Spinning, Tabata, etc.)

    • One Personal Training Appointment per week

    • Weekly workout schedule and class suggestions

    Program Begins the week of September 17th
